#WhatsNewWednesday – TSA Extends Mask Mandate Into 2022

Howdy! The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has announced that the federal transportation mask mandate – which would have expired September 13th – has been extended through January 2022.

“…the TSA is extending the face mask requirement for individuals across all transportation networks throughout the United States, including at airports, onboard commercial aircraft, on over-the-road buses, and on commuter bus and rail systems through January 18, 2022. Exemptions to the face mask requirement for travelers under the age of 2 years old and those with certain disabilities as well as civil penalty fines will also remain in place.”

So don’t forget to pack those masks when you’re getting ready for your next adventure and be sure to follow the BHGH Travel Community for travel news as it happens!
