The Islands of the Bahamas Announces New Entry Requirements

Howdy! It’s a #MayMonday – the first one in fact! Today we are happy to report that the Bahamas recently made the announcement that starting this month – i.e. – as of May 1st – fully vaccinated visitors no longer have to quarantine upon arrival!

According to the Government of The Bahamas, they will allow international visitors with no testing requirements and no quarantine as long as they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. They must also be two weeks out from the final dose of their vaccine – which is the two-week immunity period. In addition, fully vaccinated travelers are required to present valid proof of vaccination (such as CDC or government issued vaccine record card) in lieu of the test requirement.

So, what do you say? You have plenty of options – from New Providence (Nassau and Paradise Island), Grand Bahama, The Exumas, Bimini and more – the Bahamas consists of 16 islands with white sand beaches and crystal blue water just waiting for you to discover! It’s time to give your Travel Gurus a call and let’s start planning your tropical Bahama getaway!

Namaste!
