Here is a perfect itinerary for a long weekend in Boston:
Day 1:
Start your day with a delicious breakfast at one of Boston’s many amazing restaurants. Then, head over to the Freedom Trail and explore all of the historical sites. Make sure to stop by the USS Constitution Museum and the Old State House. In the afternoon, stroll through the beautiful Boston Common and visit the New England Aquarium. End your day with a delicious dinner and some live music.
Day 2:
Spend your second day in Boston exploring some of the city’s many museums. The Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum are both must-sees. Then, head over to the North End for some delicious Italian food. Make sure to walk along the waterfront and take in the stunning views. In the evening, catch a show at one of Boston’s many theaters.
Day 3:
On your third day in Boston, head out to Fenway Park and catch a Red Sox game. Then, explore some of the city’s many neighborhoods. Be sure to check out the South End, Chinatown, and the Financial District. In the evening, enjoy a nice dinner and some live jazz music.
Day 4:
On your fourth and final day in Boston, take a scenic walk or bike ride along the Charles River. Then, head over to Cambridge and explore the campuses of Harvard University and MIT. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner at one of Boston’s many great restaurants.
