Hyatt Ziva Cancun

Howdy! I recently had the opportunity to tour Hyatt Ziva Cancun and want to share it all with you! Be sure and click on each heading to check out my Instagram videos and contact your Chief Travel Guru with any questions. You guys are going to love this property!

 Lobby, Pool, Beach and Dining

Join me as I enter the all-inclusive Hyatt Ziva Cancun’s stunning open-air lobby that looks out over the pool area and ocean, then walk with me down to the pool area to check out the huge pool with plenty of cabanas (which are an extra charge) and that oh so important swim up pool bar. Here you also get a glimpse of the theater on property.

As we walk around, we see that there is the amazing fire pit area that overlooks the water – perfect for destination weddings – where you can hold your rehearsal dinner or even your reception if you like.

Another thing you will notice as I tour the outside of the property is that since the hotel is located on the top of the seven of the hotel zone when you look out from the beach you can see Isla Mujeres this also makes the ocean calmer here.

Then onto El Mercado- the resorts buffet restaurant – which you do need reservations for dinner and then over to the Moongate Asian Fusion restaurant where you can sit up close and watch the chefs cook in an open kitchen or at a table – reservations are required.

More Dining Options

Check out the oh so cool Chevy’s Diner where you can sit in a car or at the bar! Or how about Italian restaurant Lorenzo’s where you can watch them make pizza right before your eyes.

Heading back outside you can tour Mayan Ruins – right on property! So cool! And oh those ocean views. But wait – there are the swim up rooms with that ocean view for families with children ages 13 years and older. These provide lounge chairs right in the water and a hammock on the patio. Sweet!

Hyatt Ziva also has a Club Level – and here you get a glimpse of the private lounge as well as the private check in area. There is also a tranquil pool where there are no activities making it a peaceful place to hang out.

Accommodations

Get a glimpse of a Tower King Room – Ocean View – with a grand bathroom and a sleeper sofa so you can sleep three. You can also get a room with two double beds to sleep four. Thanks to the fact that you are at the point of the seven the views from the Tower Club Room are of the seven miles of hotels lined up down the beach in the zone – which is an absolutely incredible view.

You’ll also get a peek at an Ocean View King Room Turquoize Tower which is the adults only section of the hotel. Featuring a peek-a-boo shower, a jacuzzi on the balcony and amazing pool and ocean views – this is the room I want!

This and That

Join me Casa del Café for some flavorful coffee then head over to the mouthwatering Pasteles Desert Parlor for luscious baked goods and ice cream! See the children’s water park – complete with a slide and you’ll also notice a golf simulator for the big kids!

Latin America’s only brewery is located right on property and its family friendly! Featuring home brewed beers, pool tables and a sports bar – this is a great place to hang! And get ready for probably the coolest thing on property – dolphins! Yes, you can swim with the dolphins right on property!
