BHGH News Flash! AKA Start Spreading The News!
It has been announced that domestic travelers to New York will no longer be required to quarantine after entering New York from another state or U.S. territory starting April 1st!
New York state includes the Big Apple of course – who is also getting indoor dining capacity increased to 50% on March 19th! Prior to this news, Madison Square Garden and Brooklyn’s Barclay Center re-opened their doors to fans in February after being shut down for almost a year – both at limited capacity – but still super exciting to see. And Broadway and arts themed pop-up events have also been scheduled throughout the city with Broadway itself looking at re-opening in the fall.
What does all this mean? It means that there is no better time than now to contact your Travel Gurus to plan your return to New York City!
Note: The New York State Department of Health still recommends quarantine after domestic travel as an added precaution – but is not mandatory. However, mandatory quarantine remains in effect for international travelers.
